Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Walsall
Daily Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
Availability: Full-Time / Part-Time
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of SEND.
Support learning and development across Early Years and Primary stages.
Assist with classroom and behaviour management strategies.
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support.
Requirements:
Previous UK classroom experience is essential.
Strong understanding of SEND and behaviour management.
Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
Flexible availability (full-time and part-time roles available).
