Working full-time, Monday to Friday, you’ll find yourself immersed within a supportive environment, working closely with classroom teachers to enhance the learning experience for pupils with diverse needs. Your knowledge of SEND and your proactive approach will be vital in managing challenging behaviours and nurturing a positive classroom atmosphere. Personal care, EAL, and SEMH proficiencies are just a few examples of the skills you’ll bring into this enriching role.
You’ll need an enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or be open to applying for one. In return, we offer competitive pay and the chance to impact young lives positively.
