SEN Teaching Assistant – Early Years & Primary
Location: Wolverhampton
Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
Availability: Full-Time or Part-Time
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Early Years and Primary settings across Wolverhampton.
The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities
Support behaviour management and promote positive learning environments
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to meet individual pupil needs
Requirements:
UK classroom experience in Early Years or Primary settings
Experience supporting children with SEND
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Able to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
