Ideal candidates will have an impressive understanding of English, classroom and behaviour management skills, and experience in 1-to-1 support or small group tutoring. Holding a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning, PGCE, or experience in a similar UK school-based role will serve you well. You’re patient, with a strong sense of responsibility and a knack for dealing with diverse classroom scenarios.
