In this full-time position, you’ll go beyond traditional classroom support—planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of teaching staff, supporting across multiple year groups, and bringing creativity and initiative into your day-to-day. You’ll be instrumental in implementing tailored learning strategies, assisting with curriculum delivery, and fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
We’re looking for someone who holds a Level 4 or 5 HLTA qualification, or equivalent, with Level 2 English and Maths skills. You should be well-versed in using ICT to support learning, trained in relevant intervention strategies, and possess specialist skills in areas such as literacy or sign language. Your ability to inspire trust, solve problems creatively, and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents will set you apart.
With UK classroom experience, confidence across different age groups, and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one), you’ll be ready to hit the ground running.
