Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? rTriibe is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled SEND HLTA to join a vibrant school community in Trafford, where your expertise and compassion will help shape brighter futures.
In this full-time role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering targeted interventions and support to students with additional needs, whether through 1:1 work or small group sessions. With your Level 4 or 5 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent), and a strong foundation in the UK school system, you’ll confidently step into the classroom to support teachers, lead learning activities, and tailor strategies to meet diverse pupil needs.
We’re looking for someone who brings Level 2 English and Maths skills, is confident using ICT, and is trained in effective learning strategies like literacy development. Experience with specialist training, such as sign language, is a big plus. Your ability to build trusting relationships, stay calm under pressure, and creatively problem-solve will be key to success in this role.
