Bring your experience or willingness to dive into 1-1 or small group support for SEN students and take on the rewarding task of enhancing learning experiences.
Holding relevant qualifications like a Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools or even a PGCE is wonderful but not a deal-breaker.
