Are you a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in the lives of SEND students? We are seeking a Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bury, where you will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers to provide one-on-one and small group support, adapting learning materials to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your patience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills will be essential in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Certificate, NVQ CACHE Level 2 TA, RQF – TQUK Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools Level 2 or 3 Certificate, or an equivalent qualification. You should have UK school-based experience and be available full-time. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
