Are you passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs and ready to take your impact to the next level? rTriibe is looking for a compassionate and capable Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school environment in Blackburn. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small group settings, offering both academic and emotional support tailored to each learner’s needs. Your role will be pivotal in helping them overcome challenges and build confidence inside and outside the classroom.
To thrive in this role, you must be available full-time, possess an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one), and have relevant UK school-based experience. We’re looking for someone with a Level 3 qualification, such as an NVQ CACHE Level 3 TA or RQF – TQUK Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools Level 3 Certificate. You’ll bring strong communication skills, sensitivity, and the ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
