Are you a passionate and skilled SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment? We are seeking a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in Bury, where you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
As a key member of the classroom, you will provide tailored one-on-one and small group support, helping students develop confidence, independence, and essential learning skills. Your patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills will be vital in fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, NVQ CACHE Level 3 TA, or RQF – TQUK Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools Level 3 Certificate (or equivalent qualification). You should have previous UK school-based experience and be available full-time. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
