Your experience within UK schools, complemented by relevant qualifications like a Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools, will set you apart. While prior experience with SEND students is ideal, your energy and ability to manage a classroom effectively are the true keys to success here. With a strong understanding of English and mathematics, you’ll be well-equipped to support 1-1 or small group sessions, ensuring every pupil enjoys and benefits from their science lessons.
