Are you a passionate English teacher with a heart for supporting SEND students? We’re looking for a dedicated SEND Teacher of English to join a school in Oldham, where you will play a key role in helping students with special educational needs develop their literacy skills and confidence in learning.
As a SEND English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored lessons, providing 1:1 support and small group interventions, and implementing effective classroom and behaviour management strategies. Your expertise in English grammar, literacy development, and adaptive teaching techniques will be essential in ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
The ideal candidate will hold a Ba/BSc (Hons) with QTS, ECT, or NQT status, along with a PGCE and strong academic background in English. You should be patient, creative, and passionate about making English accessible for all learners.
