Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Complex Needs? rTriibe is looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bebington. If you have a knack for supporting individuals on a one-to-one basis and thrive in an environment where patience and understanding are the keys to success, we want you.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help plan lessons tailored to support learners of varying abilities. Your in-depth understanding of a broad range of different needs will be invaluable as you provide the necessary support to keep students engaged and progressing. Experience in a school setting is ideal; however, if you have a background in support work or nursing, we welcome your application.
We urgently need someone who can step into this meaningful role and make an impact. Ideally, you’ll be available Full-Time and comfortable dealing with challenging behaviours.
