Join the rTriibe team as a SEND Teaching Assistant in Dudley and help shape young minds! We’re looking for energetic and compassionate individuals with strong classroom management skills to support pupils with special educational needs. You’ll have a unique opportunity to work one-on-one or with small groups, fostering both academic and personal growth.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be available full-time and hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one. An understanding of child development, coupled with excellent literacy and numeracy skills, is crucial. Communication is key, and you must excel in teamwork to build strong, supportive relationships with both staff and students.
If you have a valid GCSE in English and Maths, or equivalent, and experience in UK schools, we want to hear from you! Preferred qualifications include Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificates.
