Experience in UK schools is essential, along with a friendly demeanour and a positive attitude towards teamwork. We appreciate that you may not have formal qualifications like Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, but if you have a strong understanding of literacy and numeracy along with excellent patience and flexibility, you’ll fit right in.
Bring your GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent, and an Enhanced DBS that’s up to date, or be willing to acquire one.
