In this role, your adaptability and strong communication skills will be key as you adjust lesson plans to suit the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational needs (SEN). If you have experience working with SEN students – that’s a bonus! But even if you don’t, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will be most welcome.
