Are you passionate about promoting physical fitness and inspiring young people through sports? rTriibe is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in both primary and secondary schools, leading engaging sports programmes and fostering healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions, including activities such as football and PE, to students of various age groups.
• Develop and implement sports programmes that motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them develop their skills and confidence.
• Collaborate with school staff to integrate sports activities into the broader curriculum.
• Promote physical fitness and well-being through fun and engaging sports initiatives.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all sports activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Level 2 Diploma in Sport or Level 3 Extended Certificate in Sports Coaching (essential).
• Proven experience in coaching sports, especially football and PE, in school settings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.
• A supportive and sensitive approach to working with young people.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate into a classroom environment.
• UK school-based experience (essential).
• Enhanced DBS registration on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
• First-aid qualification (highly valued).
