We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Coach to join our team and support the delivery of PE and sports activities across primary and secondary schools in Kirklees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and inclusive sports sessions in line with the school’s PE curriculum
• Inspire and motivate pupils to participate in physical activity and develop key skills
• Promote healthy lifestyles and teamwork through structured activities
• Assist in classroom-based learning when required
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils during all activities
• Implement First Aid protocols if needed
Requirements:
• Experience in coaching sports such as football, athletics, or multi-sports
• Strong communication skills and a positive, supportive approach
• UK school-based experience preferred
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
• Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Sport or Level 3 Extended Certificate in Sports Coaching
• Available full-time or at least 3 days per week
