Are you passionate about sports and eager to shape the future of young athletes? rTriibe is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team in Wigan. You’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver engaging sports programmes that promote healthy lifestyles and build confidence among students in both primary and secondary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement dynamic sports and physical education sessions tailored to varying age groups and abilities.
• Foster a positive environment that motivates and supports student participation.
• Collaborate with school staff to promote fitness and well-being initiatives.
• Provide first aid support when needed, ensuring student safety during activities.
Must-Have Qualifications and Experience:
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 Diploma in Sport or Level 3 Extended Certificate in Sports Coaching.
• Experience in UK schools, with a strong understanding of sports like football, athletics, or general P.E. activities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire students.
• First aid training or a willingness to complete certification.
• An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one).
