• Salary: £150 – £200 per day per day (depending on experience)
• Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress effectively.
• Differentiate teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Maintain strong classroom management and promote positive behavior.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and department leads.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student development.

Person Specification:
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching degree.
• Skills: Strong classroom management, adaptability, and excellent communication.
• Experience: Prior experience in a secondary school setting is desirable.
• Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
