With your strong SEN experience and exceptional verbal communication skills, you’ll help shape students’ futures while managing classroom behaviour effectively across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Our ideal candidate will have a knack for lesson planning, creating accessible learning opportunities for pupils of all abilities. Whether you’ve supported SEND within a school setting or come from a related field like support work or nursing, your patience and ability to work on a one-to-one basis with students will shine through.
