Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant (Level 2/3), you will:
• Student Support: Assist children in their learning journey, offering tailored guidance to meet their needs.
• Classroom Assistance: Work closely with the teacher to prepare resources and support lesson delivery.
• Inclusive Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued.
• Behavioral Support: Implement strategies to manage behavior and promote engagement.
• Progress Monitoring: Help track students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

Person Specification:
• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification (or equivalent).
• Skills: Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Other Requirements: Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
