To be successful in this role, you’ll need at least 3 GCSEs at C or above (including English and Maths), strong communication and organisational skills, and ideally a Teaching Assistant qualification. Experience working in UK schools or caring for children with VI is essential, as is a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
