Join the rTriibe team as a Teaching Assistant for the Visually Impaired in Telford, and make a real impact on young lives. With your minimum 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, and ideally a Teaching Assistant qualification, you’ll bring invaluable support to the classroom. Your experience with class supervision and lesson provision will help achieve positive learning outcomes.
We’re seeking someone with empathy, outstanding communication, and organisational skills. You’ll work alongside gifted teaching staff, making a difference in the lives of our students. You’ll harness your expertise in Braille and specialist ICT equipment for VI to promote the access, achievements, and well-being of students who are sight impaired or severe sight impaired.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children who have additional or complex needs, alongside parents and professionals. If you’re available full-time with an Enhanced DBS in the Update Service, or willing to acquire one, and have UK school-based experience, this could be the perfect fit for you!
