We’re looking for dedicated individuals who can plan and deliver engaging activities, manage classroom transitions seamlessly, and support pupil routines with flair. Whether you’re nurturing young minds in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, your skills in building strong, positive relationships will shine through.
Our ideal candidate possesses an Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service, or is willing to apply, and has a solid understanding of the UK educational system. You’ll need to prepare classrooms for lessons and coordinate specific areas of teaching support, all while promoting high self-esteem and independence among students. Excellent communication and top-tier classroom management skills are key, as you’ll often support pupils 1:1 and champion their learning journeys.
