The Role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging classroom activities
• Assist pupils in navigating daily school routines and learning tasks
• Promote self-esteem, independence, and positive behaviour in pupils
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide targeted support
• Prepare classrooms and resources to create an effective learning environment
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and ensure pupil well-being

Requirements
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting pupils in classroom settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong classroom management abilities
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to work flexibly across Primary and Secondary settings
