rTriibe is currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bebington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and keen to support pupils in achieving their full potential.
Role Overview
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons while working closely with pupils to promote their learning, independence, and confidence. You may work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils with their learning in both 1:1 and small group settings
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging classroom activities
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning space
• Support pupils’ social and emotional development
• Encourage independence and build pupils’ confidence and self-esteem
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to pupil progress
Requirements and Qualifications
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working within UK school settings
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to support learning and manage behaviour effectively
• Understanding of the UK education system
• Experience working with primary or secondary pupils
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to provide references covering the past 24 months
