Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant Level 2 looking for your next rewarding opportunity in Chester? Role & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils in the classroom.
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to pupils’ needs.
• Support students with routines, transitions, and behaviour management.
• Promote safeguarding and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to boost learning and pupil independence.
• Help with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and learning displays.
Qualifications & Skills
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous classroom support experience in UK schools (EYFS–KS2).
• Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills.
• Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
