About the Role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant with rTriibe, you will:
• Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 through tailored learning activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.
• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and behaviour management.
• Encourage pupil participation, boost confidence, and promote positive self-esteem.
• Work closely with teachers to create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent UK classroom-based experience.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate (on the Update Service or willingness to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting all pupils to succeed.
