rTriibe is looking for a motivated and proactive Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our team in Pensby. If you enjoy working in a school environment and are passionate about supporting pupils in their learning journey, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As part of the rTriibe, you’ll play a key role in helping teachers create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your ability to support pupils both individually and in small groups, along with strong behaviour management skills, will help students develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Role & Responsibilities
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective classroom activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Assist with classroom preparation to create an organised and inspiring learning space.
• Follow school policies and contribute to maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
• Support pupils during transitions and daily routines throughout the school day.
• Promote and uphold safeguarding procedures to ensure pupil safety and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
Requirements
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working within the UK education system.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Ability to provide two professional references covering the last 24 months.
• Availability to work full-time.
