rTriibe is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support schools in West Kirby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils and contributing to a positive learning environment.
As a Teaching Assistant Level 2, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and helping pupils succeed in the classroom. You will assist with lesson activities, provide additional support to pupils when needed, and help maintain a structured and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged and confident.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils when required
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher
• Support pupils across different abilities to help them access the curriculum
• Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times
Requirements:
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience supporting pupils within the UK education system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Good classroom management and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply
