Your primary role is to support pupils, enhance learning environments, and ensure seamless school operations through nurturing relationships and effective support practices.
In your role, you’ll plan and deliver fun and engaging activities, help prepare classrooms, and provide essential one-on-one support, especially for the Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS certificate and familiarity with the UK educational system. You’re the kind of person who thrives in a team environment, promoting high self-esteem and independence for pupils while managing transitions and routines efficiently.
