Join rTriibe for an exciting opportunity to support pupils in welcoming and dynamic school settings across Birkenhead. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education and dedicated to helping pupils reach their full potential.

Role Overview
As a Teaching Assistant Level 2/3, you will support teaching and learning across Primary and Secondary settings. You will play a vital role in assisting teachers, planning engaging activities, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel confident and supported.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
• Assist with planning and preparing learning activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
• Promote pupils’ self-esteem, independence, and positive behaviour
• Support classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment
• Adapt learning resources to meet pupils’ individual needs
• Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications & Requirements
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working within the UK education system
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
