Your talents will shine as you prepare classrooms for success, support transitions, and manage behaviours – all while using your excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils. Dive into a variety of responsibilities from 1:1 support to coordinating specific teaching areas within EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You’ll be engaging pupils with exciting activities and nurturing their independence to bolster their self-esteem.
