In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the learning experience – preparing classrooms, guiding pupils with routines and transitions, and helping them shine by boosting their self-esteem. Your excellent communication and classroom management skills are vital as you collaborate closely with teachers, support pupils 1:1, and ensure safety and safeguarding standards are maintained.
