Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3) ready to support pupils’ learning and development in Birkenhead schools? rTriibe is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team, providing hands-on support in classrooms across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
About the Role
As a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the school community, helping pupils thrive academically and socially. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting pupils during lessons and group activities, including one-to-one learning.
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Preparing classrooms, resources, and learning materials to support teaching plans.
• Helping pupils develop independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
• Supporting routines, transitions, and school activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for those seeking full-time work in schools and looking to build experience for a career in teaching, SEN support, or education.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting learning in the UK, ideally in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
