Join the rTriibe as we scout for exceptional Teaching Assistants Level 2/3 in the vibrant area of Kingswood! You’ll be the cornerstone of classroom support, providing vital assistance to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Prepare for a role where your day is as dynamic as your teaching style, managing transitions and aiding in behaviour management.
Your mission? To nurture and develop young minds by planning and delivering engaging activities while supporting individualised learning pathways. You’ll ensure that school routines are adhered to, working closely within the team to follow school policies and procedures. Familiarity with UK educational systems and superb communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build those pivotal pupil relationships that foster high self-esteem and independence.
