Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Join rTriibe as a Teaching Assistant Level 2/3 and play a vital role in shaping young minds across primary schools in Pensby.
We’re seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants with experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 who can create positive classroom environments where every child can thrive. You’ll support teachers in lesson delivery, manage classroom behaviour, and provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils who need extra help reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support class teachers with planning, classroom preparation, and group activities
• Deliver targeted 1:1 or small-group interventions to enhance learning outcomes
• Promote positive behaviour management and pupil engagement
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
• Encourage independence, confidence, and personal growth in pupils
Qualifications and Skills:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience within a UK school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2 preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing
