Your day-to-day will involve planning and delivering engaging activities, managing classroom routines, and ensuring seamless transitions. You’ll be at the heart of the action, working alongside teachers to foster an atmosphere of positivity and independence among pupils. Your skills in supporting learning and behaviour management will be invaluable as you build strong connections and promote the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students.
