Your role will be varied and exciting; from preparing classrooms and coordinating specific areas of teaching support to building positive relationships with pupils, fostering their independence and self-esteem. Great communication and classroom management skills are essential as you help pupils with their learning and support their behaviour management. Positions in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 await those eager to promote pupil safeguarding and fill their school life with positivity.
