You’ll be a key player in championing high self-esteem and independence within students. Your responsibilities will include 1:1 support, engaging with pupils at Early Years Foundation Stage through to Key Stage 2, and promoting safeguarding across the school. Whether you’re preparing classrooms or coordinating specific areas of teaching support, your impact will be invaluable.
We welcome candidates who are familiar with the UK educational system and hold an Enhanced DBS certificate. Strong communication skills are a must, along with experience in behaviour management and building positive student relationships.
