As a vital team member, you’ll coordinate teaching support and adhere to school policies, ensuring every day is successfully educational and safe. You’ll be integral in building positive, inspiring relationships with students, encouraging independence and confidence. Your expertise will be crucial in creating and maintaining an organised, welcoming classroom environment.
Experience with EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is essential, alongside excellent communication skills. An Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service is a must, or you’ll need to be willing to apply for one.
