Role and Responsibilities
As a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support teaching and learning across the classroom
• Deliver targeted interventions and engaging learning activities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
• Assist with behaviour management in line with school policies
• Promote safeguarding practices and follow school protocols at all times
• Help pupils with daily routines and transitions throughout the school day
• Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and self-esteem
Your contribution will play a key role in creating a nurturing and productive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
The successful candidate will:
• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Have previous experience working in a UK school setting
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be confident supporting pupils both 1:1 and in group settings
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
• Be able to provide two professional references
