Your day will be filled with opportunities to plan engaging activities, provide 1:1 support, and manage classroom dynamics effectively. With your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships, promote high self-esteem, and encourage independence amongst pupils. Experience with UK educational settings and familiarity with school policies is essential as you’ll be assisting with routines, transitions, and behaviour management.
