The Role
As a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils thrive from EYFS through to KS2. You’ll work closely with teachers to create engaging, inclusive, and well-managed learning environments where every child feels supported and encouraged.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
• Supporting routines, transitions, and positive behaviour management
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and active participation
• Promoting a safe and nurturing learning atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience within the UK education system
• Strong understanding of school policies and safeguarding
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Availability for full-time work
• Two professional references
