Are you a skilled Teaching Assistant Level 3 looking to make a real difference in Chester schools? If you hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and have UK school-based experience, this could be the perfect role for you!
Role & Responsibilities
• Plan, deliver, and support engaging learning activities tailored to pupils’ needs.
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and behaviour management.
• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to promote learning, independence, and self-esteem.
• Prepare classrooms and resources to ensure productive learning environments.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to coordinate teaching support.
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture.
Qualifications & Skills
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting pupils in UK schools (EYFS–KS2).
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full-time availability is essential.
