Job Description
Are you a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant Level 3 looking for an exciting opportunity in Ellesmere Port? rTriibe is recruiting enthusiastic individuals to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a variety of classroom settings.
This role is perfect for someone with a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) who enjoys working closely with teachers and pupils to create an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with varying abilities.
• Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour among pupils.
• Support daily routines, transitions, and behaviour management.
• Ensure safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are prioritised at all times.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to meet individual learning needs.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with children in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
