We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic TA who can confidently plan exciting activities, support pupils with their daily routines, and seamlessly manage classroom behaviour. Bring your Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to get one) and your passion for education to our dynamic team.
Your role will involve building positive relationships with pupils, encouraging high self-esteem and independence through excellent communication and classroom management skills. You’ll be at the forefront of their learning experience, providing crucial support to both Primary and Secondary levels. Familiarity with the UK educational system and a background in creating supportive learning environments are essential.
