rTriibe is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our dedicated team in Wilmslow. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging activities to support the curriculum.
• Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to pupils, promoting independence and self-confidence.
• Assist with routines, behaviour management, and classroom organisation.
• Coordinate and deliver teaching support in line with school policies.
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are upheld to the highest standard.
Must-Have Qualifications and Skills:
• Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply).
• Previous experience in a UK school setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis (desirable).
• A proactive and adaptable approach to learning support.
