rTriibe is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support schools across Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to helping pupils succeed academically and personally within a supportive learning environment.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both primary and secondary students, assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons while helping pupils build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
Key Responsibilities
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the classroom.
• Assist with preparing classrooms, learning materials, and educational resources.
• Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning and development.
• Help implement planned learning activities and interventions.
• Support pupils with classroom routines and behaviour management.
• Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and positive self-esteem.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Assist with monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• Promote positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
Requirements
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within UK schools.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
• Full-time availability and flexibility to work across different schools.
• Ability to provide two professional references covering the last 24 months.
