We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant who thrives on making a significant impact. With your background in primary and secondary education, KS1 to KS5, and your experience supporting pupils with various needs, your role will be both rewarding and challenging.
Your empathetic nature and specialist skills in SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia, will be instrumental in providing tailored support to students. You will work collaboratively with the classroom teacher to foster an environment conducive to learning and inclusivity for all children, whether it is on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Your willingness to engage with challenging behaviour and assist in personal care when necessary will be key in helping students to overcome barriers to their education.
